If the room is available before 3:00 p.m. m. we will be happy to allow an early check-in; Otherwise, we invite our guests to wait in the lobby or use the pools in the meantime. Late check out is allowed until 2:00 p.m. if there will be no check in to the room that same day.

Depending on the type of suite, only two (2) children from 0 to 5 years old are allowed in addition to the number of guests allowed in the suite. That is, a 1-bedroom suite allows 4 guests and 2 children from 0 to 5 years old. If you want to admit someone from 6 years old and up, there will be an additional cost of 500 MXN per person per night.
